My illustration work is loose, expressive, and rooted in hands-on mediums such as charcoal, watercolor, gouache, pen and ink, and conte crayon. I’m drawn to bold, dark linework and layered textures, often incorporating wood burning or a Dremel tool to create depth and dimension adding physicality and intention.
Animals are a recurring subject in my illustration practice and serve as a powerful passion project—an outlet for expressing emotion, instinct, and inner states in a raw, visual way.
